Building off an alter-ego my sister created when she was a little girl, Alex Garber and I co-wrote a script about what life was like in the summer before her final year of high school. A satire on the one hand, and a genuine insight into her mind on the other, a black and white look at modern boredom. While we did construct scenes together, it was mostly constructing scenes from things Alex was already doing. Melting fiction and reality in scene was really exciting and something Alex and I are working on again right now with an upcoming project.
